1. In the shower, pump the Body Cleanser 2 to 3 times into your palm or a soft cloth, lather into a pearl-pink foam and massage over the body. Rinse, pat dry.
2. While skin is still slightly damp, smooth the Body Lotion on in upward strokes, a coin-sized amount per limb. It sinks in within 30 seconds and finishes dry-touch. Repeat morning and night.
3. Once or twice a week, after cleansing your face, place one Hydrogel Eye Patch under each eye, wider curve following the under-eye contour.
4. Leave for 15 to 20 minutes. Don't go past 20: once the gel starts to dry it pulls moisture back out of the skin. Remove, tap the leftover essence in, no rinsing.
5. Keep the eye patch jar in the fridge for an extra cooling effect.
