A cleansing oil in water for taking off waterproof and long-wear makeup, sunscreen and the day's grime in one pass. The bottle holds two layers: a light oil phase on top, a water phase below. Shake until it turns cloudy, soak a cotton pad, hold the pad against your skin for 10 to 15 seconds so the oil can dissolve what's there, then wipe gently. No scrubbing, no rinse needed.

The oil phase is what makes it work on waterproof mascara. It's a silky emollient plus a fast-evaporating silicone, not mineral oil: it melts long-wear pigment and sunscreen on contact, then the water phase and a mild sugar-based cleansing agent carry it all onto the pad. Once you wipe, the silicone evaporates, so there's no greasy film and nothing to wash off. Hyaluron sits in the base in a small amount alongside the humectants that keep the water phase from drying the skin. Balanced to pH 5.5, close to the skin's own, with no alcohol, which is why there's no sting on the eyelids and no tight feeling afterwards.

1. Shake the bottle until the two layers turn into one cloudy liquid. Skipping this is the number one reason a cleansing oil in water "doesn't work": you're wiping with water only.
2. Soak a cotton pad. From the 120ml, pour a coin-sized amount onto the pad; from the 500ml, press the pad down on the pump two or three times.
3. Hold the pad against your face for 10 to 15 seconds. Give the oil a moment to melt mascara, long-wear foundation and sunscreen before you move it.
4. Wipe gently from the centre of the face outward. For eyes, hold the pad on the closed lid, then sweep down along the lashes. Use a fresh pad for each area until the pad comes away clean.
5. No rinse needed. On heavy-makeup or sunscreen days, follow with your usual face wash, then toner and moisturiser.
